| If I’ve shopped in store before, how do I now shop online? | If you’re an existing client of Forever Vintage and you’ve shopped in store before we hope to make the transition to shopping online as easy as possible. New pieces will be added to the website weekly and can be found under the shop online tab. If you have any questions about a particular piece, or you have an event coming up and you’re looking for something special to wear feel free to email us or give us a call, we’ll be more than happy to help with the Forever Vintage service you’re accustomed to. |
| Do you offer private appointments? | At this stage Forever Vintage is unable to offer private appointments to our Sydney based clients however we hope to be able to do so in the not too distant future. |
| Can I shop in person? | Forever Vintage will be vending at a select number of events throughout the year. Join our mailing list to kept up to date. |
| Do you offer rentals or shoot loans? | Unfortunately Forever Vintage does not offer rentals or shoot loans. However if you are working on a project (film, television, published editorial shoot ect.) that you feel would be a good fit please feel free to email us. |
| Do you ship worldwide? | Forever Vintage now offers shipping to a large selection of countries across the world with a few exceptions, as well as domestically within Australia. Postage cost will be calculated based off of the item purchased and the location it will be shipped to, however Forever Vintage will endeavour to keep shipping cost as fair and reasonable as we possibly can. If you need your item in a hurry please contact us and we will see if we can arrange express shipping for you at an additional cost. All items will ship out within 3-5 business days unless upgraded to express shipping in which case it will ship out within 24hrs (Monday-Friday) Forever Vintage is not responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs you may be required to pay upon the arrival of your package to your country of residence. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. Forever Vintage is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or your local postal service. We are not responsible for any lost packages under any circumstances. If you have concerns you must request full insurance coverage or it is your sole responsibility to accept the loss. Unless insurance is requested for the full value, lost packages will not be reimbursed. If you provide the wrong address or move or are not there to pick up the package and it is lost subsequently - Forever Vintage will not reimburse your shipping or order costs. |
| Do you offer returns or exchanges on items purchased? | All sales are final and Forever Vintage does not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances including due to change of mind. If you have any questions about details of the item, sizing, condition queries or any other general information please email us at forevervintage@live.com.au prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final and returns/exchanges will not be accepted. We try out very best to accurately reflected the condition of our items but please bear in mind all our pieces are original vintage and may have some signs of wear, this is not seen as a flaw, it is simply part of the history of the piece. As such Forever Vintage is not held responsible for any further wear or damage once it has left our care.
If there is a major undisclosed flaw with the item you have purchased, Forever Vintage will endeavour to have the item repaired or replaced in accordance with Australian consumer law. If you have any questions about how best to care for your item (cleaning, storage etc.) please don’t hesitate to ask us. |
